REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on food.

If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund, the product will be disposed of. 

If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we can't offer a refund. 

SHIPPING POLICY

WE SHIP AUSTRALIA WIDE!
 

Delivery:

Cookies Express delivery is $16.90 (0-2 days)

 

Gift Box Express delivery is $23/box (0-2 days)

Orders placed before 7 am Monday - Thursday will be packed and sent with an express post that day, (Thursday order cut-off is extended to 12midday)


Usually take between 1-3 business days after it is sent to be delivered, sometimes longer.
*A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Orders placed after 12 midday on Thursday will be shipped on Monday.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive:
Most of our deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days after it has left us/been sent out.
Depending on what time you order and where in Australia you are based.

I received a shipping confirmation:
If you receive a shipping confirmation, that means that we have printed the shipping label,
it doesn't necessarily mean it is on its way, to find the true status check your tracking number.
If it says it hasn’t been picked up yet, it’s because we are still making it.

We send our packages using Australia Post.
You will receive a tracking confirmation which you can use on their tracking websites.

Please check your address and unit number are correctly listed on your order confirmation.


We do not accept orders to Police Stations, Universities or Hospitals, if you do end up ordering to one of these locations then we cannot take responsibility for the item arriving at the recipient.

 

 

If the recipient is not home, and the delivery driver can’t get hold of you with the number provided,
then a re-delivery fee may occur.
A specific delivery time or date cannot be requested.
Deliveries can take between 1-3 business days, in some cases longer.
For Western Australia and regional areas may take longer.
We cannot provide any more tracking information than that provided by your tracking number

Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details provided, cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. The customer must supply accurate details at the time of order.

 

When supplied with an incorrect address, the box will be returned to Wicked Nutri Cookie and disposed of as products no longer remain fresh. It is a commitment by Wicked Nutri Cookie that all products be delivered at the highest quality.

 

Re-delivery on the same day will not always be guaranteed. In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, It is the customer’s responsibility to decide on whether they would like to purchase another box and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.

 

In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, the customer will lose the monies spent on any perishable items, add-ons and delivery fees.
